  7.      As long as we're on the subject, I've noticed a problem as well. Whenever 
  8. I try to do a list of the channels, I get disconnected from the server and any 
  9. channels I happen to have joined as well.  Furthermore, not all of the 
  10. channels are listed. Everything seems to work fine when I use irc through an 
  11. xterm in XWin.
